Hello! My name is Sheila Mae Hernandez, and I am thrilled to introduce myself. I have been working as a customer service at an online casino for 1 year. When I worked as a CSR I learned how to handle a client properly. Also, I take 3 months of training as a Virtual assistant under TempZtation company. 

Outside of work, I enjoy playing chess, which helps me maintain a balanced and fulfilling life. I believe in the importance of continuous learning and personal growth.

As Temp-Z-tation's Customer Officer - VA, Sheila is responsible for our client's business administration support, maintaining their business's Marketing,  social media, communication,  assisting with the day – to – day operations, preparing documents for meetings, and managing the calendar, recording transactions, composing marketing letters and posting them. Sheila's job  is critical to the  daily organisation  of any business, it's marketing and does emphasise the need for a strong sense of time management and organisational skills, and with exposure to many aspects of the marketing and social media function.
